John Paul Jones

John Paul Jones (born John Richard Baldwin) is a British multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer, best known as the bassist/keyboardist and arranger of Led Zeppelin. A prolific session musician before Zeppelin, he later pursued solo work and collaborations, including the albums Zooma (1999) and The Thunderthief (2001), the score Music from the Film Scream for Help (1985), and the collaboration The Sporting Life (1994) with Diamanda Galás.
