Come on, guys, you have too many prejudices... If his name were Jeff Johnson and he wasn't Italian, no one would give him a 1... He's done good things, and we've had far worse. "Mediterraneo" is one of the best Italian pop songs of the last 20 years, and that's enough to not give him a 1. And whether you like it or not, he’s not exactly the last of the singers, technically speaking.

Mango (Giuseppe “Pino” Mango; 1954–2014) was an Italian singer‑songwriter from Basilicata known for a distinctive semi‑falsetto and a Mediterranean pop blend with electronic textures. He scored major hits with Oro, Lei verrà and Bella d’estate, and reached a commercial peak with Sirtaki (1990).
