Alex Britti

A great guitarist who, however, has chosen the path of pop, which is a path that does not do justice to his technical skills. Perhaps it would have been better if he had continued to be a blues accompanist! Anyway, his songs are acceptable.

Alex Britti

Alex Britti (Rome, 23 August 1968) is an Italian guitarist and singer-songwriter known for blending blues and pop. He broke through with the album it.pop (1998) and won the Sanremo Newcomers section in 1999 with “Oggi sono io.” Notable hits include “Solo una volta (o tutta la vita),” “La vasca” and “7000 caffè.”
