Jack Kerouac

I believe he didn't know how to write, that he had nothing to write about, and that he wrote too much nonsense all at once, often boring for long stretches. An innocuous little writer, charming but a bit too flat. And yes, he was on the right.

Jack Kerouac (1922–1969) was an American novelist and poet, a central figure of the Beat Generation best known for On the Road. His jazz-influenced, ‘spontaneous prose’ style shaped postwar literature and culture.
