The Doors

I don’t know, for me aside from the fourth one, they’re all great. Not all in the same way, though. First, perfection without the shadow of a filler, one of the best things to happen to rock. Second, confirmation at a high level. Third, Unknown Soldier and Spanish Caravan are more than enough. Fourth, as already mentioned, nothing special. Fifth, a wonderfully rough blues piece. Sixth, a more polished blues with Riders on the Storm and the monumental title track.

American rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1965. Core members: Jim Morrison (vocals), Ray Manzarek (keyboards), Robby Krieger (guitar), John Densmore (drums). Known for a distinctive organ-led sound, theatrical live shows and landmark albums (The Doors, Strange Days, L.A. Woman).
