Billy Preston

William Everett "Billy" Preston (born September 2, 1946, Houston — died June 6, 2006, Scottsdale, Arizona) was an American keyboardist, organist and singer, noted for gospel-rooted soul and funk and for extensive session work with artists including the Beatles and the Rolling Stones.
