The Strokes

A group that was overly idolized in its early days, their mediocrity has emerged over time. Their talent lay in being the first to reintroduce a certain type of music, but only with a few good ideas here and there, which is not enough to deserve the praise. I don’t shoot at the red cross/Frontman.

The Strokes are an American rock band from New York City, formed in 1998, widely associated with the early-2000s garage rock/post-punk revival and breakthrough success with their debut album “Is This It”.
