Fool's Garden

the band of "Lemon Tree" is a joke, that (decent) song has been their curse; they are the German answer to Fastball, with more creativity, "Go And Ask Peggy For The Principal Thing," a wonderful example of catchy, original, fun pop rock, and above all of quality; they never reached those heights again, but that album is worth more than the entire discography of the hated Coldplay and similar hyper-promoted garbage.

Fool's Garden

Fool's Garden are a German pop rock band formed in Pforzheim in 1991 by Peter Freudenthaler and Volker Hinkel. They achieved international fame with the hit Lemon Tree from the album Dish of the Day and continued releasing melodic, Beatles-influenced records including Go and Ask Peggy for the Principal Thing.
