A city that has been beautiful, vibrant, strong, humane, and cutting-edge in many ways, then in the mid-'80s (@PanNZZOone1 in the '90s there was the collapse, but for me everything started a few years earlier) was mortally wounded by rampantismo and craxismo and has remained its putrefying carcass (and those who live there have seen this collapse).
