Banco del Mutuo Soccorso

Excluding Area, Banco is the best Italian progressive group ever. Despite too many lows and few highs since '75, the trilogy "Banco" "Darwin" "Io sono nato libero" remains something incredible and unrepeatable. Superb, even if for just a very short time.

Italian progressive rock group famed for 1970s symphonic, keyboard-driven concept albums and the distinctive voice of Francesco Di Giacomo; later work moved toward more pop-oriented sounds in the 1980s.
