Uriah Heep

Underrated?? No, let's not joke. Here in Italy, they seem almost too appreciated. They've taken the coarsest hard rock and puffed it up with useless structures based on clumsy prog; the result seems indecent to me. Something sloppy, musty. A band that was born old. Very sad.

English rock band formed in 1969, led by guitarist Mick Box; notable for 1970s hard/progressive albums, Hammond-driven arrangements and close vocal harmonies. Continued recording and touring across decades with multiple lineup changes.
