Soundgarden

A group that has evolved commendably. Chris Cornell, the Robert Plant of Grunge, but to label Soundgarden as Grunge is limiting. Well, back then those sounds were in vogue, but they managed to go beyond and ended at the pinnacle of creativity with a stunning album.

American rock band formed in Seattle in 1984, central to the 1990s grunge scene; best-known for albums such as Superunknown and Badmotorfinger and for Chris Cornell's distinctive voice.
