Failed painter, so too did his inhumane political-social action worthy of "comrades" in plunder such as Stalin, Mussolini, and Franco. The weak European democracy was to blame: weak men ready to indulge him like a spoiled child in order to avoid a new conflict. Which ultimately did happen.
