Jefferson Airplane

Ah, the psychedelic San Francisco of the '60s. The Jeffersons, what can I say, an exceptional band. Four incredible albums of equal caliber from '67 to '69, then two more good works. Exceptional musicians, Grace Slick an extraordinary singer (and unbelievably hot) capable of writing a remarkable amount of masterpiece tracks. Kaukonen, an amazing guitarist. The transformation into a spaceship didn’t yield the best results. Legendary.

Jefferson Airplane

Jefferson Airplane formed in San Francisco in 1965 and became a leading band of the city’s psychedelic scene. With key members Grace Slick, Marty Balin, Paul Kantner, Jorma Kaukonen, Jack Casady, and Spencer Dryden, they scored major hits and helped define late-60s rock. They appeared at Monterey Pop (1967) and Woodstock (1969) and reunited in 1989.
