Just the enigmatic final smile in "Once Upon a Time in America" is enough to sweep away thousands of entire careers of pseudo-actors. For me, he reaches his peak in Raging Bull, particularly in the final part. However, how sad the last years have been; now he has hit rock bottom by participating even in Manuale d'Amore 3... seeing him in the trailer of the latter next to that cow Bellucci is one of the most depressing things I've ever seen :-(((
