I respect him very much for what he has given to Italian pop music, but I just can’t seem to make myself like him—at least not very much. A 3.5 that turns into a 4 for the historical importance that the artist in question has had in the history of Italian music, and anyway, Il mio canto libero and Anima latina are two masterpieces.
