Overrated. He can't sing. He can hardly play (or very little). Celebrated for lyrics that I believe he doesn't even fully understand. Culture is always a commendable thing, but if it forces you to be scholarly, then you don't realize that you end up publishing things that are truly unbearable. Alternative, yes, and a brilliant experimenter, but it's not enough. At night, when he thinks about the bank account he has amassed by taking us all for a ride for decades, he laughs like a hyena. And for this, I find him likable...
