Sid Vicious

Unfortunately, it's primarily because of him that so many still think what they think about punk today. However, it's not as I've heard that he is the symbol of punk; punk has nothing to do with people like him.

John Simon Ritchie (1957–1979), known as Sid Vicious, was an English punk rock musician best known as the bassist of the Sex Pistols and for his association with Nancy Spungen.
