Otis Jackson Jr., known as Madlib, is an American producer, DJ, rapper and multi-instrumentalist known for blending hip hop production with jazz, crate-digging aesthetics and prolific output.

Born Otis Jackson Jr.; American. Associated with Stones Throw Records. Uses alter-egos including Quasimoto and Yesterday's New Quintet. Active from the 1990s to present.
