Luna is a Novi Sad (Yugoslavia/Serbia) new wave/post-punk band whose lineup included Zoran Bulatović "Bale", Slobodan Tišma, Ivan Fece and Jasmina Mitrušić. They released the album Nestvarne stvari in 1984, their only LP.

Nestvarne stvari (1984) is often cited in coverage and by reviewers as one of the most important rock albums in the history of Serbia and the former Yugoslavia; the band's sound is described as dark, gothic and aligned with continental post-punk/new wave.

A glowing DeBaser review praises Luna's 1984 album Nestvarne stvari as a landmark of Yugoslav new wave and dark/post-punk. The review highlights gothic, eerie atmospheres and compares Luna to Bauhaus, PIL and Birthday Party. The album is presented as one of the most important Serbian/Yugoslav rock records of the era.

For:Fans of new wave, post-punk, dark wave, and Yugoslav/Serbian rock from the 1980s.

Listen: whoever told you that new wave was a musical phenomenon exclusively dominated and geographically situated in the Anglo-Saxon world is talking nonsense.
