I like TV series because they don't just tell you a simple story, no matter how beautiful and exciting it may be, but they go beyond by showing you much longer periods, so the characters can become more transparent, and it's much easier for the audience to grasp meanings. In this case, the problem with this series is its lack of visibility. It aired on Fox, and I don't think it will ever reach free-to-air TV because it's seasoned with exquisite and biting satire. Not only regarding politics but especially regarding the behavior of Italians, and the criticism present in this series is excellent, it's clear, and unfortunately, for this reason, I don't think it will ever be broadcasted.

Boris showcases all the few virtues and numerous defects of the average Italian. And the proportions are the same for those people who can be defined as good and useful, few are good and collaborative, many are bad and competitive, those who would feed humans to sharks just to protect their livelihood. The electrician who imposes his ignorance on the skilled machinist, real situation. The director as fake as the Millennium Bug, real situation. The sycophantic and mass-murdering production, real situation. Exploited workers, definitive real situation. My advice is to watch this series and observe how despicable we are, observe how the opium of people who take care of their families and have only TV as a companion is born. This series is full of irony and content, watch these things, try to derive something from what you watch, don't just lie on the couch to pass the time. Enlighten yourselves! XD

The series is full of familiar faces. The Guzzanti siblings (Corrado and Caterina), Antonio Catania, Carolina Crescentini, Karin Proia, but above all, I want to highlight the performance of Francesco Pannofino in the role of director René Ferretti, usually a voice actor who proves very skilful in stepping into the shoes of the typical talented yet completely disrespectful Italian. Another review would be needed to talk about the character Duccio, the director of photography, I'll limit myself to just inserting one of his quotes: "The photography sucks because 'they' want it that way, it can't be better than that of the commercials otherwise people switch channels..." (who in the series just does cocaine and then sleeps on the job, but isn't cocaine supposed to make you active???!!!?? My uncle always takes it before five-a-side football matches with his friends, always beating them, but they don't know his secret!!!) XD XD XD
