Luc Ferrari

Luc Ferrari (1929–2005) was a French composer known for electroacoustic and musique concrète works, extensive use of field recordings and large-scale sound installations such as Cycle des Souvenirs.

Ferrari is widely recognised as a pioneer of electroacoustic composition and field-recording-based practices. Cycle des Souvenirs (1995–2000) was conceived as a multi-channel multimedia installation later reduced to a single-CD presentation.
