You know that mechanism where a nice big bucket of ice, liters of nice cold water, and a generous warm liquor with the ability to change color and dress up for a party go on a table?
Like it or not, such watered-down spirit (I'm not crazy about it, but it's so beautiful, oh, how beautiful) must be elevated to a symbol of the multifaceted tools of Sergio Berardo, the brilliant and rocky French Riviera, the valleys of Imperia, and everything that plunges headfirst into the seemingly desolate Piedmont, but so cool and colorful if you stop to have the right drink with the right people. And this music knows how to make every person and every drink just right.
Let's throw in the traditional, the wonderfully colorful dance of Occitania. Let's throw in a bit of virtuosity, and many tears that stop the legs engaged in the dance, that "Stacada de Breil", united with "San Giouan", a magical Italian-French farewell that only the yellowish liquid seemed to make possible, and to close the trio there's a "Meglio così".
