Carlo's Closet Records (Part 2)

Seriously, is there really no review of Live Skull in the debasio? I am truly disappointed with the fauna that preceded me.

Bringing Home The Bait is a 1985 album that had so much to say for its time, but it was overshadowed by its more famous and similar art-noise (Sonic Youth) and hardcore punk (Husker Du) counterparts, while maintaining a dark-punk base (Joy Division) that balances everything; songs teetering between epicness, torment, and anxiety. Deep bass and hypnotic riffs, piercing distortions and an exhausted voice; drums that seem to be played by a percussionist. Although at times they might seem like an English band, they are from New York.
