LA RECENSIONE

Usually, I don't review famous bands because I love underground black metal, made with heart and without commercial fuss. However, this latest release from Limbonic Art in chronological order impressed me a lot; the album is symphonic black metal with ambient undertones.

As usual, the Norwegian duo knows how to gift us moments of absolute symphony, and considering they have been masters of this genre, I can only bow before this work. I have been waiting for their release for years, and I must say my expectations have never been so fulfilled! Apocalyptic Manifestation is without any doubt the most beautiful song of the entire album, managing to blend old-school thrash parts with majestic symphonies worthy of such a monumental band. Dark Winds is, in my opinion, as suggestive as it is lavish and opulent, and it’s the song that got stuck in my head the most... I adore this band, and I adore this CD which I consider a masterpiece of their discography!
