LA RECENSIONE

There was that filtered voice repeating (Hey you) what is this sound? And three guys in silver suits and bleached hair writhing on stage.
Below, many immediately surrendered to that rhythm. Music makes you lose control sang the one with the keyboard shaped like a guitar. Even the SIAE guy was tapping his foot. The Digital Rhythms were playing. And the dance floor was in constant muscular movement. The bartenders were happy because everyone was sweating and drinking. And the managers were smiling because many said as they left that it had been an unforgettable night. Others said they had heard those sounds fifteen or twenty years ago and that we should look forward, for example by listening to Riccardo Giacomino. Still, others said that it's okay to dance and have fun, but the lightness becomes unsustainable, and once home they would put on Davide Sylviano or similar stuff.

Some curious people wondered if the Digital Rhythms were French since the guy called himself Jacques Lu Cont. Others said he was English because he was signed with those of the Wall of Sound and did gigs at Fabric in London. And there were those who claimed he was American and named Stuart Price because they had seen him DJ at a Versace show in New York or because his name was in Madonna's latest productions. Someone had seen him play in that Zoot Woman video that many had rated with tons of stars on YouTube and that was called It's Automatic.

Regarding this Dark Dancer, there are those who consider him a pastiche. Others say it's all a big throwback to seventies disco music, to Kraftwerk, to New Order. Still, others say it's a heavier version of Daft Punk. Prof. Buridano has defined it as a step forward to the past.
And I add that for me, lightness is necessary. And the sounds of these fake Frenchmen make life more beautiful, pleasant, and serene.
