The review could stop at quoting the published one: "No breaks, no lyrics... only blast, blast and blast : a terrifying wall of noise...". ("Nessuna pausa, niente testi... solo blastbeat: un terrificante muro di rumore...").
Indeed, Last Days Of Humanity decide to showcase only the "pure violence" side of goregind: there isn't even a hint of groove, a guitar riff that isn't pure deafening noise, a drum loop that isn't a blastbeat. All the pauses serve solely to strengthen the following accelerations.
To further increase the impact and not break the rhythm, there are not even the characteristic intros taken from horror/porn movie clips.
However, the classic traits of the genre remain with: a snare that sounds super dry (yes, it's exactly like a steel pot), ultra-effected growl like a sink drain, and very short tracks.
In short: it starts with two snare hits and ends with a continuous 3-minute (!) outburst, a piece with which LDOH also conclude their decades-long career.
The downside of the album is certainly linked to the uniformity of the pieces: I challenge anyone to distinguish them from each other except for some minimal variation.
In reality, I think it is a successful album: it is a unique, crushing, and sick wall of sound.
Despite the extreme metal scene (not just gore) often aiming for these same objectives, no one has done and still can do it like Last Days Of Humanity.

One fucking mess: one fucking awesome!
Unlistenable guitar riffs, you can’t make out a single note, drums blaring for almost thirty minutes, and voice three meters below the sewer.
