"For the soul, there is never birth, nor death. It exists and never ceases to exist. It is unborn, it is eternal, it always exists, it does not die and it is original. It does not die when the body dies." (Bhagavad Gita)
A mystical and spiritual journey in search of one's "Karma", where our mind reaches two actual mental levels, the temporal one, and the main one.
"Samara", all that goes and comes within us, every day we are bombarded by physical and spiritual suffering, it is our life and we must know how to face it, namely confusion, anger, feelings, life conceptions, inspirations, achievements, sneaky realizations, character and primordial aggressiveness of the human being.
The "Abhidharma", a means of natural meditation, where we can reach our "liberation", our Nirvana, that is, the end of all suffering by overcoming every limit of suffering itself, and this happens because perfection lies in wisdom that excludes ignorance, without wisdom one cannot realize existence.
In this Album, "The Lama's Chants" (first release 1996) born from the collaboration of Lama Gyurme with Jean Philippe Rykiel, there are five tracks that revolve around Buddhist epistemology, reflection, logic, philosophy, perfection, realization of our reality, and the teaching of the Four Noble Truths, Suffering, the cause of Suffering, the cessation of Suffering, and the Path to the liberation of Suffering, which give conception to the "Dharma", incarnation of Nirvana. These "prayers for awakening" are the Sacred-Profane meeting between the recitation of morning prayers of Buddhist extraction, with the soft sound harmonies of Jean Philippe Rykiel, never intrusive but crafted with due respect "embracing" the tonality of the chant itself. This "The Chant of the Lama" thus projects us into "other worlds" that we can only perceive in a minimal way but that, beyond the individual meaning, convey to us a sacredness that pervades us into the darkest depths of our Soul.
A mystical prayer that frees the body from the mind, channeling every earthly conflict, out of ourselves and allowing, without auxiliary means, to surpass the threshold of pain and suffering by merely examining one's self in reflection of the best part that occupies our body. A voice, penetrating, deep and dark strings, bells, praise and encourage the mind to escape from all that is earthly until it reaches a dimension, exclusively ours and sacred.
The soul leaves the body but does not die, it has been, it is, and will be eternal, it all depends on what we want and how we want to live our lives, and if we accept the reincarnation of the same being. Only if you love yourself, then you will love life, and if you love life, then you will be able to control your pain, deeply exalting the value of life itself that has been granted to you, now here and tomorrow, who knows. Material good is never enough to give total fulfillment to our life, you can have all the material riches you want, but if the wealth is not in your heart, in your mind, and in your soul, then you will be poor in depth and personal self-control, if you constantly weigh things positively, if you teach your mind to dominate good over evil, then in time you will understand that your person and your life are a small light, of an immense firmament that illuminates the best path to take for eternity.
An album that contains high-energy vibrations and can serve as a means to undertake a journey beyond all imagination.
Suitable for "very few Chosen Ones".
*** I dedicate this review to The Punisher, who has materially helped me, in certain passages to the realization of this review: a true friend, as well as the guiding spirit of my soul, who makes his life a constant and calibrated spectacle in his three-dimensional madness, realized with perseverance and conviction, alternating the profane with the sacred, the flesh with the soul, the non-being and the being.
