THE REVIEW

From a label that offers quality things like Hefty, only something like the new L'altra could be produced.

A mix between rock tradition and innovative nuances that lean towards soft electronics, "Different Days" can be considered a relative of the splendid latest work by Telefon Tel Aviv. Nothing revolutionary, heaven forbid, but everything is in the right place. It's a pity about the cover, as horrible as few others have been seen.

Recommended: for those who want to show off on a spring trip and start insulting everyone at the third consecutive song by Tiromancino with the threat of aiming higher and higher if the whole group doesn't agree to put this nice little disc in the CD player.
Not recommended: for those looking for bubbles in music and sudden shifts, as in pure rock'n'roll. Or the usual ambient drag from a flat-lining electroencephalogram that works well for anesthetizing the hysterical girlfriend or the mother-in-law (for the mother-in-law, I already see it as tougher, I don't think it would be enough...).

Summary by Bot

L'altra's Different Days combines traditional rock with innovative soft electronic elements, creating a balanced and pleasant album. The review praises the production quality but criticizes the album cover. Recommended for listeners looking for subtle musical textures rather than energetic rock or ambient monotony. Overall, a worthy addition for fans seeking something refined yet approachable.
