Disclaimer: I was forced (by my girlfriend) to buy this album, found on sale at a mediastore for €4.90. She was obsessed with the song "Le mie amiche" by this "artist" so as soon as she saw the album on sale, she begged me to gift it to her...
Well, in the end the single turned out to be quite pleasant; the lyrics certainly weren't very polished but above all, the music wasn't unlistenable, a very catchy soul number.
However, the album left me amazed by the stupidity of the lyrics and the abysmally poor quality of the tracks: lyrics more than insignificant, probably more suitable for a baby-dance compilation, rest (and poorly, I would say) on truly terrible musical bases, as the quality of the recordings is hardly acceptable. The arrangements are of an unheard-of banality; by the second track (the first is an "intro"...) you feel the unsustainable heaviness of an album that was probably produced "for fun" by the friendly DJ at a friend's house (as is indicated in the booklet - if it can be called that -) back in 1995.
In short, a low-quality self-production that does not even have a minimum of artistic depth. Definitely not recommended, not even for a laugh.
