"100 degrees" went straight to number one on the UK and Australian pop charts because it features the collaboration, long-awaited for years, of the two pearls of world pop, Kylie Minogue, and her sister Dannii Minogue. This record is a pop-dance song that works and is very well-liked. The song is included in Kylie Minogue's Christmas album "Kylie Christmas." The Minogue sisters have always tried to keep their careers separate, but over the years there have been collaborations. In the 80s, when Dannii was more famous than Kylie, the two sang together "Sisters Are Doing It for Themselves," a cover of Annie Lennox, on an Australian TV show. There was also another track from that period they performed together, "Twist My Arms." Later, for Dannii Minogue's first album, Kylie wrote a song "Love Traffic" in 1990, while for her little sister's third album, Kylie was the backing vocalist on the beautiful "So in Love with Yourself." Then Kylie fell ill in 2005 due to breast cancer, but when she returned, she decided to share the stage with her sister in 2006 in a beautiful version of Kids (originally a duet with Robbie Williams). Finally, in 2008, they proposed a duet cover of Abba's "The Winner Takes It All."

However, "100 degrees" quickly caught everyone’s attention as it is a new track, not a cover, with pop-dance, disco sounds, even though it is set in a Christmas context.

The music video features the Minogue sisters in the recording studio with the band and backing singers performing this song. In Australia, the track will be performed live, after 30 years, during the 2015 X Factor finale, and it is rumored that the two will also sing together at the Albert Hall in London when Kylie will hold a special Christmas show.

Question, why hasn't Carlo Conti invited them to Sanremo 2016 yet? After all, Paola & Chiara have split up, now Kylie & Dannii Minogue are in vogue.
