Comment, Like it.

Core-a-core the cleaning lady told me that she struggled to bring clarity back to the record shelves. Among the LPs petrified in dust was this one, probably unused since its release date in 1988.

Kix what the fuck? We're not Cinderella nor Van Halen. WE'RE KIX!

Core-a-core well, calm down now. You weren't anything except for this album. And be grateful that at least I'm spending these 5 minutes to comment on it.

Kix ok, you're right and we're sad...

Core-a-core now I have to console you? And alright, I'll do it. It's strange having to take care of a group of indomitable rockers like you. You've been around since 1978, born between the fabulous seventies and the miraculous eighties, you've freeloaded from both decades but never really broke through. A career of three Debaser dots. However, Blow My Fuse fully deserves four.

Kix oh thanx hard core-a-core. This was a good one.

Core-a-core as a so-called expert in the field, I confirm. Good album, with nothing new inside but with excessive energy and rhythmic bases that, tell the truth… come on, say it: you tried every way to move the usual notes on the score and in the end, you found particular intertwining. Well done, good mood.

Kix we took 3 years to produce this album.

Core-a-core three years after the previous one in which you listened to and studied all the record releases of the moment. You understood that hard rock was changing and you reworked it, inserting yourself into the Def Leppard channel, with clear influences from the seminal Quiet Riot.

Kix ok, we admit it.

Core-a-core this does you credit, really, because you are an example of "workers" of hard rock. Builders. Excellent constructions (precisely), resistant and solid, perhaps not too beautiful, but you've been at it for 30 years and deserve to be remembered. You are an honest rock band that got one right, this Blow My Fuse. And you deserved to open on stage for AC/DC, Aerosmith, David Lee Roth, Ratt, Britny Fox, Malmsteen.

Kix songs included in this album are our gems.

Core-a-core your personal ones, yes. Then leave the judgment to the fans. For me, only the monster ballad Don't Close Your Eyes was a real international hit with frosting. You chose an intelligent theme, that of suicide, and wrote a hard-hitting song, like electroshock. Still capable of reviving you and making you reflect. For the rest, you Steve Whiteman, sing a little too nasally but you are hoarse as I like. Forsythe and Younkins on guitars did very well. Nice solos and rhythms, as mentioned before, well-studied. Purnell and Chalfant, compliments for the rhythmic support.

Kix arithanx, guy, but we think we're greater than your opinion.

Core-a-core I'm not dissing you, come on! I'm just saying you're a good group and that this album doesn't go unnoticed. Cold Blood is indeed beautiful, I grant you that too, a piece that makes you dance, a dance floor piece. It's the track that makes me think you spent a few nights with the Walkman listening to Night Songs by Cinderella and that when your mother was carrying you, she abused Van Halen and Def Leppard. Red Lite, Green Lite, TNT didn't convince me as it has a quiet start. Get It While It's Hot is tasteful and No Ring Around Rosie hits hard and has nice supporting riffs. She Dropped Me the Bomb really makes me think of the Def Leppard of the golden times and even to Scorpions and Bonfire. Piece Of The Pie is leopard and glam, a bit like Faster or L.A. Guns, but under that level. I can't stand Boomerang much as it's tacky even though it leans toward Great White. The title track you honestly could have spared, but with Dirty Boys you ended well, the usual tightly-packed bone-crusher. I've treated you well, come on...

Core-a-core hey...

Core-a-core go to hell!
