It's difficult, if not impossible, to describe a masterpiece.
Well, this is indeed a masterpiece. It's signed by a 17-year-old kid, Connor Kirby-long, from America. And he clearly knows what he's doing. The first EP at 15, and now this Handwriting. After a month and a half from ordering (the CD is only available as an import), yesterday, Friday, April 15th, this CD came into my hands. I put it in the player. Spectacular.

This album is for those who love dream-pop sounds (e.g., Slowdive, My Bloody Valentine, Sigur Rós) and fans of the new minimal electronic scene (e.g., Fennesz, Múm).

It opens with "Man from the Anthill," a song that flows slowly among the noises of a poorly tuned radio station. "Daylight And Delight" recalls dream-pop sounds. "Megan's Present" can be divided into two parts: one more psychedelic and the other in electro-pop style like go!team.

I won't bore you further with the description of this CD. The rest speaks for itself.

Try it to believe it.
