Italian underground project from Padua. Originally formed in the late 1990s (review: "started nearly ten years ago" as of 2008); since 2004 the lineup is a duo: Walter (guitar and vocals) and Anna (drums). Known for the 2006 3" mini CD 8x8, described as a short, analog burst of noise-core.

Released material on Ancona's Sweet Teddy Records; earlier release CD*01 (2002) and a previous double CD gathering band material and frontman Woolter solo work. Walter is also noted as a guitarist with Putiferio; Giulio Ragno Favero participated in the recording of CD*01.

Review highlights Kelvin, an Italian noise-core duo from Padua led by Walter (guitar/vocals) and Anna (drums). The 2006 3" mini CD 8x8 is described as a seven-minute analog recording of four noisy, cinematic tracks. The band's earlier CD*01 (2002) and ties to Sweet Teddy Records and Giulio Ragno Favero are noted.

For:Fans of underground noise, garage-influenced punk/noise-core, analog lo-fi recordings and Italian indie underground.

Recorded in analog in a single afternoon, "8x8" is seven minutes of pure madness and noise.
