THE REVIEW

This album is just lovely. By chance, it falls to you like an old elementary school notebook, pastel drawings colored just as innocence sees the world, pink moms, blue dogs, gigantic smiling flowers. The world was reduced to a blue strip above with a jolly yellow sun and a green strip below with a square house topped with a triangle. Little pencil thoughts, almost illegible after various erasures, with meanings sweetly minimal but of infinite pure beauty. Names, figures of characters now lost in memory. So much melancholy.

Short songs sometimes with disarming simplicity, lo-fi as pink cotton candy, toy electronics, plain arrangements, voices overlapping each other, background noises that touch forgotten heartstrings.

I like it!
