LA RECENSIONE

By now, Monday has become a fixed moment for 70-80% of Italians, especially for the younger ones. But what happens on Monday, on Italia1? Of course, Wrestling!
This means that for more than two hours, about twenty hulking men pumped up on steroids pretend to beat each other up for the pleasure of kids (and also adults, unfortunately) around the world. As is well-known, in Wrestling, there are two types of fighters: the good guys and the bad guys. Among the good guys is definitely John Cena, a muscular guy idolized by kids around the world who, with the cry of "You Can't See Me," defends justice and loyalty.
However, not content with the success he has achieved in the ring, our pretty boy has decided (or someone decided for him) to release an album with the same title as his now-famous catchphrase.
Of course, this album is already selling truckloads of copies among fans worldwide, so as long as the moment of glory for the Boston rapper lasts, the album will continue to sell.
Unfortunately, though, this album is so bad that it's only for the fans; for everyone else, it will just be the same old reheated dish of yet another fake angry rapper with a pretty boy face babbling randomly over a musical background without making any sense. For me, it could even have zero stars, given how much the character annoys me, but even if the album is all the same and is terrible, I want to give it a chance. I don't know why, but there's something this album has, something maybe only the fans can understand.

So if you're a fan of the Wrestler, it doesn't matter how good the album is, you'll like it anyway. For everyone else, I advise staying away unless you're huge fans of Hip-Hop and Rap.

Summary by Bot

The review criticizes John Cena’s debut rap album 'You Can’t See Me' as poor in quality and mainly appealing to his wrestling fans. Despite massive sales driven by Cena's wrestling fame, the album is deemed nonsensical and uninspired musically. The reviewer notes a faint redeeming quality, likely only appreciable by dedicated fans. For general listeners, the album is not recommended unless they are die-hard wrestling or hip-hop enthusiasts.

John Cena sucks. His wrestling style sucks.

I’m disgusted when I see him put his little hand in front of his face and say you can’t see me.
