Job for a Cowboy is an American death metal band from Arizona, formed in the early 2000s. They began with a deathcore sound on early releases and progressed toward a more technical death metal style on later albums.

Genesis was recorded with producer Andy Sneap (ex-Sabbat) according to the Genesis review. The Doom EP was issued early in the band's career (review notes release on King of the Monsters). Early reputation emphasized pig squeals, heavy breakdowns and extreme vocal styles.

Two DeBaser reviews (both favorable, 4/5) focus on the band's early releases Genesis and Doom. Reviewers praise technical execution and atmosphere, while asking for deeper sonic devastation and fuller integration of industrial/ambient elements. Doom is highlighted as an original early EP in the deathcore scene.

For:Fans of deathcore, death metal and extreme metal seeking early Job for a Cowboy releases.

Finding oneself in a difficult situation (if we want to use an understatement...) can be like being repeatedly hit by stones, which are thrown at you with increasing frequency and there's no way to escape, as wherever you go the stones keep falling, as if they were hailstones in the midst of a violent summer storm, and you feel exhausted as well as lost and everything, not only material, inevitably comes to an end.
