Jeffrey Wragg, a New Zealand guy, wrote a thesis in which he analyzes the main tropes of Trip Hop and Bristol Sound and then tries to integrate them with classical music techniques in 7 freely downloadable tracks that are practically an album.

All this rationalization lacks the animalistic ability of a Tricky to make good music without understanding a damn thing, yet the tracks are interesting and their analysis done in the thesis is admirable.
