James Holden is an English electronic musician, DJ, and producer, founder of the Border Community label. He emerged with progressive house/trance singles like Horizons and A Break In The Clouds, and earned acclaim for the boundary-pushing releases The Idiots Are Winning (2006), The Inheritors (2013), The Animal Spirits (2017), and Imagine This Is A High Dimensional Space Of All Possibilities (2023). He’s also known for curatorial mixes At the Controls and DJ-Kicks.
