Into Eternity is a Melodic Death Metal, Progressive, Power band... basically whatever you want to call them. The fact is that originality and technique are not lacking in the Canadian band Into Eternity.

Now let's talk about the successor to "The Scattering Of Ashes," which is "The Incurable Tragedy."

Here's a very brief summary of this excellent album:

The album opens with an intro that lasts just under a minute before moving on to "Tides Of Blood", an energetic and incredibly fantastic track that showcases the amazing vocal abilities of Stu Block, who delights us with fantastic high notes, and Tim Roth immediately shows us what to expect from this album with amazing solos and great riffs.

"Spent Years of Regret" opens with a powerful and heavy riff, only to take off and fall into a fantastic chorus.

"Symptoms" is a short piece (less than 2 minutes) and an instrumental of great quality, very pleasant to listen to.

Also, "Diagnosis Terminal" is presented in a very heavy manner and also places Stu Block in very high tones. The solo part by Tim Roth is very beautiful.

"The Incurable Tragedy I (September 21, 2006)" is the classic ballad by Into Eternity, with fantastic beauty and sadness... a very deep piece.

Much more serene is "Indignation" a track with excellent tempo changes... Stu Block is fantastic here, too.

A wonderful track, "Time Immemorial", with a beautiful acoustic intro, its melodies, Stu Block's great passionate vocals, and Tim Roth's guitar magic, making it one of the best tracks on this album in my opinion.

Darker and more mysterious than "The Incurable Tragedy I (September 21, 2006)" is "The Incurable Tragedy II (November 10, 2006)" an excellent track with very "haunting" guitar melodies.

"A Black Light Ending" is a track with a very detached rhythm and has a sequence of very nice riffs but nothing special according to my tastes.

"One Funeral Hymn for the Three" is a kind of continuation of the previous track and is almost a slightly differently elaborated copy... this does not mean it's a bad piece. Quite the opposite!

"The Incurable Tragedy III (December 15, 2006)" is the track that closes a fantastic album. With fantastic melodies and a stunning solo, to say the least. the piece ends with the heart ceasing to beat.
