A ...Magical Lantern for Everyone.
Anyone who is about to read this autobiography (which I strongly recommend to everyone) should know that they have in their hands a wonderfully written book.
It will seem to the reader that in it the author has managed to use, in a prodigious way, exactly the number of words needed to achieve an almost perfect result: not one more, not one less, than those he actually needed to narrate his long, intense life, his brilliant work.
After all, one could not expect a different result from a man who spent his entire life writing, and with a poignant, passionate, superhuman effectiveness documented all his "internal divisions" and a good part of those of his fellow human beings.
