Ladies and Gentlemen, here are the Infected Mushroom.
Israelis from Tel Aviv, answering to the names Erez Aizen and Amit Duvdevani, have sold about 250,000 copies of their works and gathered more than a million people at their concerts all over the world. The album in question, released in 2004 (the last published, while awaiting the new work "Vicious Delicious", coming out in June 2006) is a small absolute masterpiece regarding "electronics and beyond".
Even though it is an "unz unz" work, primarily intended for rave party situations, this album contains first-class Music (with a capital M), accessible and appreciable by anyone. It is incredible how easily these two figures manipulate sounds and effects, managing to transform everything that comes to their minds into Music.
An album really difficult to describe, simply to listen to and listen to again (and it won't cost you any effort, guaranteed). Let's enjoy them before Madonna notices them and hires them for her next production. Run to a serious store to buy it because we are facing a band we will soon hear a lot about. Highly recommended is also their previous work "Converting Vegetarians" from 2003.
Well, I'm done. Play loud and enjoy it!
