Indian was an American sludge/doom metal band from Chicago, Illinois, active from 2003 to 2015. The group released several albums and EPs, including Guiltless (2011) and From All Purity (2014) on Relapse Records.

From All Purity (2014) was released by Relapse Records and mixed by Sanford Parker. Around this era, Will Lindsay (ex–Wolves in the Throne Room) was involved with the band. The review compares their sound to Eyehategod, Neurosis, Today Is The Day, and Khanate.
