The Dream and the Poison. A project whose name embodies an idea, that of two contrasts that can find a sublimation, the description of an existential dichotomy, where dreaming can hurt, and poisoning one's soul can be the cure, the escape.

And the attempt to merge opposites is noticeable from the title of the debut EP, "Of stars in a coffee," almost a tension towards the rediscovery of poetry, of intimacy, in the small and the everyday. An intention delightfully expressed in the lyrics, cradled by an almost impalpable accompaniment, in search of a light feeling, all aimed at introspection, that feeds on subtle shivers and high lyricism.

The voice, subdued and discreet, sails over an evanescent and omnipresent piano, often amplified and highlighted by the strings.

Everywhere a studied refinement lingers, frequently dipped in an imperceptible but dense melancholy, which not even the instrumental sketch "Night Song", with a strongly retro flavor and a dragging pace, manages to completely extinguish.

In conclusion, an unusual reinterpretation of a Kiss classic, "Beth", once again permeated with nostalgic feeling.
