Il Cerchio d'Oro are an Italian progressive rock group from Savona, originally active in the 1970s and reunited in 2006, releasing albums on Black Widow including Il viaggio di Colombo (2008), Dedalo E Icaro (2013) and Il fuoco sotto la cenere.

Originally released a 45 rpm single in 1977; a CD of 12 tracks recorded in 1976 was issued by Mellow Records. Reunion in 2006 led to new albums on Black Widow. Original lineup listed in the review: Franco Piccolini (keyboards), Giuseppe Terribile (bass, acoustic guitar, vocals), Gino Terribile (drums), Piuccio Pradal (12-string guitar), Roberto Giordana (guitar). New members on later work include guitarist Massimo Spica and keyboardist Simone Picolomini. Guest contributors mentioned: Pino Ballarini (Osanna), Paolo Siani (Nuova Idea), Giorgio Usai.
