Hanatarash is a Japanese noise group from Osaka formed by Yamantaka Eye. Known for extreme, destructive performances and a foundational series of albums moving from demolition-grade ‘danger music’ to long-form, hypnotic noise, Eye later went on to form Boredoms and collaborate with John Zorn.
