THE REVIEW

It starts as the sound of a small orchestra, then, to express the passion and sweetness of life, a boisterous and circus-like song arrives.

Passion and sweetness or, if you prefer, the dizziness and wonder in front of the infinite possibilities of being, the sudden coagulation of moments...

And that dizziness and wonder always threaten to drive me crazy...

Crazy with a madness that is life itself. For example, how is it possible that a little dog or a young girl suddenly appears before me? And then where will that little dog and that young girl go, and why does she have that heart-wrenching look?

Really, it's all too much. And I am too little.

But, returning to the song, the beauty is the immortal melody. Oh yes, the immortal melody...

And the transition from the circus-like (almost a vision in pink) to an absolute of melancholy (almost a vision in blue). Something that few know how to do...

Even if it is the thing that should be done, different colors damn it...Maybe even more than two.

Life isn't the cinema which is better in black and white...

And even music, at least that of a small orchestra, has many colors...And I, the vampire, the apple seed, we have a whole series of small orchestra songs...

We have “I want you”, the most faded Syd, Pasolini's clouds, a bit of Italian folk, and some penguin touches...

And maybe the song of lost love...And little Irish bits...And the aesthetic of the tune, as Fellini used to say...

And we have this “Sempre”...and those magical verses on the end of every love...”Even you will become like an old refrain that no one sings anymore”...Perfect for a small orchestra...

Do you need to get married, maybe in the woods? Or, by any chance, did you graduate from the university of fireflies? If you want, we’re here. “Sempre” however, we never play. Because “Sempre” is only Gabriella’s.” And only hers is “Gracias a la vida”...

“Gracias a la vida que me ha dado tanto, me ha dado el sorriso y me ha dado el llanto”...

And to sing such things, you need a funny and tough face, tender and brusque ways...

And maybe even a little something inside.

And then “Gracias a la vida” was liked by Pan di zucchero...While “Sempre” was liked by my mother...For me, just for me, not exactly insignificant details...
