Tuscany is establishing itself as one of the most prolific regions in terms of new musical realities. Stylistically, it embraces cross-cutting situations, demonstrating that it's not always the territory that influences, but also the personal taste of the protagonists. Thus, Frank DD and his seven friends head towards a reggae with a pop flavor, truly enjoyable, dominated by the upbeat rhythm which becomes melody, among wind instruments, percussion, and well-chosen choruses. The lyrics are ironic but also capable of making one reflect, with "Finestra su Babylon" not holding back criticisms of girls who only care about appearance, in a formidable play of rhymes. Seven songs for half an hour of music are enough to affirm that "Dannata Dimensione" is an excellent album, which, although linked to well-defined sounds, manages to offer a personal taste, as demonstrated by "Cooperation No Competition," "Libertà," and the intriguing single "Gente." After winning "Toscana 100 Band," Frank DD & Friends raise the bar for new achievements.
