I confess that I had low expectations when listening to this CD by that provincial snob Bianconi, now closed in a display case to self-celebrate.
And indeed I was wrong.
It's much worse.
I should have made an effort and believed in a total failure without rhyme or reason (given the other flop of the swan-song album FANTASMA, unbearable already at the first listen).
This album, sung and whispered in a sluggish manner by the singer of Bluestelle, was made with few instruments mostly played by string quartets from the Balanescu Quartet or the boring piano lines of the duo Michele Fedrigotti and Thomas Bartlett in a boring triumph of mostly sparse and equal arrangements on each piece. But the most annoying thing is always that irritating singing of his as a pseudo intellectual, that combines sacred and profane, lofty words with swear words and nonsense. Those things that make 16-year-olds say "wow, how badass and outrageous" (perhaps, but I doubt it).
But what the hell does such an album mean TODAY, November 2020?
Who the hell listens twice in a row to such an unbearable dirge?
And if someone does, what the hell is going on in their head? Don't they have better things to listen to?
In short: a perfectly useless and anachronistic album, which will soon go into oblivion.
Let's say by December 12 of this year or at the latest by next January, when it will be directly released at €9.90 with Sorrisi e Canzoni TV.

Few fundamental concepts are tackled without easy nihilism. Approached with caution, as if it were the first time.
The anti-rhetorical and deliberately disturbing force of the album is sealed in the use of the word “pussy” right in the heart of the chorus of Certi uomini, a mockery of good manners and the many songs that would like to break taboos, but in reality, do nothing more than conform to prevailing taste.
