Firewater is an American band formed in New York City in 1995 by singer-bassist Tod A. (ex–Cop Shoot Cop). Known for blending alternative/indie rock with klezmer, Balkan and wider world influences, the group’s notable releases include The Ponzi Scheme (1998), The Golden Hour (2008) and International Orange! (2012).
